HOS does not operate a Direct Debit scheme, but it would help save administration time and costs if members paid by Standing Order. These are easy to set up using internet banking, or by contacting your bank, and can be cancelled at any time. Payments should go annually to HOS’s account held at Lloyds Bank, Castle Street, Christchurch, sort code 30-92-02, account number 01182908. One-off payments can also be made if paying membership for the current year. Please specify your surname and initials as the payee reference when making any bank payment and please notify the Membership Secretary by e-mail or letter of any payments made.

A standing order form can also be downloaded (HOS_Membership_Application_Form_191001 or HOS Standing Order – Word doc) to send to your bank. The Membership Secretary also deals with changes of name or address, payment queries and Gift Aid.
