Members’ Day 2022

Members’ Day/AGM

Saturday, 2 April 2022
St Swithun’s School, Alresford Rd,
Winchester SO21 1HA (map below)

Non-members welcome (admission £5)

Registration Requirement

We very much hope that our AGM & Members’ Day will go ahead as a physical event at St. Swithun’s School, Winchester. While we cannot predict the prevailing requirements in April, we feel it prudent to have an idea of the likely number of attendees so that we can plan seating arrangements and access to the exhibitors’ hall in a manner which enables appropriate social distancing.

Unfortunately, solely due to the need to avoid congestion in confined spaces, the decision has been made to not provide refreshments for sale this year. Therefore please do consider bringing your own tea/coffee and sandwiches etc, which can be consumed during the breaks. All being well, we look forward to a return to normality next year, when refreshments will once again be available for Members to purchase during the day.

If you would like to attend the AGM and Members’ Day, please complete the form via the attached link. Should you require any special seating requirements or consideration then please make this known.
